The process begins with a client inquiry, where businesses submit their inspection requirements, specifying product details, inspection type, and location. Our expert team reviews the request and develops a customized inspection plan tailored to industry standards and client specifications.

Next, in the inspection planning and scheduling phase, we coordinate with the client to set a suitable date and assign highly qualified third-party inspectors with relevant industry expertise. This ensures a thorough and unbiased assessment of the products or processes under inspection.

During the on-site inspection, our inspectors conduct a comprehensive evaluation at the manufacturing facility, warehouse, or shipment site. The inspection covers visual checks, functional and dimensional testing, sampling, quantity and specification verification, and container loading/unloading supervision. Each step is meticulously carried out to detect any defects or deviations from the required standards.

After the inspection, we prepare a detailed inspection report, including inspection findings, high-resolution images, non-conformance observations, and recommendations for corrective actions. This report is shared with the client for review, allowing them to take informed decisions.

If any issues are identified, the client has the opportunity to take corrective actions before shipment or final acceptance. Re-inspections can be scheduled to verify the rectifications and ensure compliance with specified requirements.

Finally, once the client is satisfied with the inspection results, we proceed with final verification and process closure. Our team remains available for post-inspection consultations and follow-up inspections if required.
